Jobs Description

Process payments to suppliers accurately and in a timely manner.
Issue invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
Record and post daily financial transactions in QuickBooks.
Post sales and purchase transactions into the E-Filing system in compliance with tax regulations.
Review and monitor monthly stock reports to ensure accuracy and proper reconciliation.
Perform month-end closing and prepare monthly financial reports.
Prepare and organize supporting documents for monthly tax declarations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in accounting and finance
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, E-Filing systems) and strong Microsoft Excel skills;
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility.
Proficiency in both English and Khmer
