Jobs Description

Responsible for managing key customer accounts, maintaining and bringing customer relationship with company to the next level.
Responsible for maintaining regular customer meeting schedules to understand customer's requirements in the rapidly evolving logistics scene in Cambodia.
Responsible for developing solutions to customer issues with internal teams as well as developing new solutions and strategies for continued business growth.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage customer set KPIs, acting as a bridge for building lasting relations for the company.
Work with internal operations team for generating proposal for potential business clients which are in line with company's strategic focus, fully cost and structured in accordance with company pricing principles and business ethics.
Coordinate with the Key Account Manager to execute bi-yearly Customer Satisfaction Survey, setting target scores, monitoring said event, perform survey analysis and send recommendations to management and relevant department heads for company performance improvement and handle back office tasks especially documentation.
Others task assigned by manager.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor's degree in BBA, International Business, Logistics or related field.
2 year's experience in related field and strong in analytical and communication skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good interpersonal with strong in presentation skills and excellent customer skills.
Enthusiastic for continuous improvement and knowledge gain.
