Jobs Description

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Lead, coach, and manage the sales and customer service to improve performance and productivity.
Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, and conversion rates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and individual customers.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and new outlet.
Manage sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing standards, and ethical sales practices.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.
Experience in trading industry or beverage.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
