• Accurately prepare monthly and annual tax declaration (TOI); Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain a company's tax database
• Find tax solutions to complicated tax issues or errors from incorrect tax filings (Identify legal tax savings and recommend ways to improve profits)
• Planning for tax projection to new project.
• Make sure all contracts comply with tax & regulations
• Handle daily operation in finance department and monthly closing report for ECO,
• Overview for purchase request and Purchase order (Tax or without tax)
• Support on process of material or COGS relate to import tax.
• Handle on company system and update SOP once have any require to change from CEO
• Monitoring document store /filling and scanning proper for management request if needed.
• Prepare excel report -> prepare payment voucher (after expense) -> Monthly booking PV and advance payment.
• Cash Flow statement each project for BOD (consolidate report from PM as weekly and monthly forcast)
• Keep up-to-date with tax changes and industry trends by participating in educational opportunities, participating in professional organizations, keeping up with professional networks and reading professional publications
• Manage day-to-day task execution: schedule dateline, subcontractors expense, materials planning, and equipment.
• Oversee and manage multiple projects expense and collection
