Jobs Description

  • Issue hard invoices to customer for both Tax and Commercial
  • Work closely with operation (NI/EI) on time checklist and supporting documents provided
  • Issue hard official receipt to customer payment via KHQR Code/TT/Chq
  • Strongly follow up payment from customer overdue
  • Prepare AR aging report and control AR aging >180days overdue
  • Prepare Monthly Sales Report for tax declaration purpose and submit to AAM for review
  • Assist to find documents for auditors during audit fieldwork
  • Update customer contracts Master list up to date
  • Work with BSC (Business Support Centre) on time posting in system (SAP-PE1)
  • Proper filling hard invoices/receipts
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time

Jobs Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Good communication, time management
  • 1-2 years in accounting area
  • Very good command of English, written and spoken
  • Microsoft Excel, SAP
