Jobs Description

Issue hard invoices to customer for both Tax and Commercial
Work closely with operation (NI/EI) on time checklist and supporting documents provided
Issue hard official receipt to customer payment via KHQR Code/TT/Chq
Strongly follow up payment from customer overdue
Prepare AR aging report and control AR aging >180days overdue
Prepare Monthly Sales Report for tax declaration purpose and submit to AAM for review
Assist to find documents for auditors during audit fieldwork
Update customer contracts Master list up to date
Work with BSC (Business Support Centre) on time posting in system (SAP-PE1)
Proper filling hard invoices/receipts
Perform other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
Good communication, time management
1-2 years in accounting area
Very good command of English, written and spoken
Microsoft Excel, SAP
