Jobs Description

Record daily accounting transactions (AP, AR, cash, bank, and general journal).
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
Handle supplier and customer invoices and ensure timely payments and collections.
Communicate with Chinese-speaking suppliers, customers, and management for accounting-related issues.
Reconcile accounts, verify data accuracy, and maintain proper supporting documents.
Assist with tax declarations (VAT, Withholding Tax, etc.) and coordinate with auditors or tax officers when needed.
Maintain accounting records in compliance with company policy and accounting standards.
Support other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience (manufacturing or trading sector preferred).
Good knowledge of accounting principles and Cambodian tax regulations.
Language: Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (both written and spoken).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree, or others).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
