• We provide full-process services, including information collection, entry of cargo details (name, weight, volume, etc.) and destination, arrangement of transportation methods according to customer needs, and assistance with quotation.

• Prepare and review shipping related documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in signing settlement agreements, confirming and recording expenses.

3. Customer communication

• Answer customer questions and provide professional advice. Collect feedback and analyze improvements to enhance customer loyalty.

4. Problem solving

• Quickly respond to and handle problems that arise during transportation.
• Coordinate with all parties to resolve issues and provide timely feedback to customers on progress.
