Jobs Description

Monthly closing and preparation of monthly financial statements
Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
General accounting duties including account closing
Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences
Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
Prepare tax computations and returns
Assist with payroll administration
Issue invoice and prepare payment receipts
Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
Assist in Adhoc projects / assignments from time to time

Jobs Requirement

At least 3 years’ experience in Finance and Banking
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Previous experience of general accounting
Good communication in Chinese and English
Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance or any relevant field
Computer – MS Office
Attention to detail
Demonstrate management experience with continuous improvement
Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill
Able to work independent and self-motivated
