Jobs Description

Prepare and compile weekly reports summarizing coal mine output, coal transported to power plant, and power generation data;
Assist the General Manager and Finance Controller with translation, documentation, and communication in Chinese, Khmer, and English;
Maintain accurate daily logs of site staff attendance, visitor records, and meeting minutes;
Prepare and organize documents required for reporting to Phnom Penh HQ, including photos or scanned copies of key documents;
Support communication between ODMPI, ODMCI, and the Chinese site teams by translating written and verbal messages as needed;
Assist with any government coordination or visitor arrangements when required;
Maintain a professional filing system (digital and hard copy) for reports and records;
Other tasks assigned by General Manager

Jobs Requirement

Average Chinese language
English language is a plus
Minimum 2 years experiences in powerplant and coal industries is highly preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Can use MS Excel, Word skills
