Jobs Description

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet company objectives.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities (local and international).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work closely with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Support and mentor junior sales team members.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Track sales data, payment collections, and customer feedback and maintain aftersales service.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits.

Jobs Requirement

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of rice grades, export standards, and logistics.
  • Familiar with sales contracts, Incoterms, and trade documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Good English and Khmer communication (Chinese is a plus).
  • Target-driven and result-oriented.
  • Good leadership and mentoring ability.
  • Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and travel as required.
