Jobs Description

Develop and execute sales plans to meet company objectives.
Identify new markets and business opportunities (local and international).
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Work closely with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Support and mentor junior sales team members.
Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
Track sales data, payment collections, and customer feedback and maintain aftersales service.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits.

Jobs Requirement

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good understanding of rice grades, export standards, and logistics.
Familiar with sales contracts, Incoterms, and trade documentation.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Good English and Khmer communication (Chinese is a plus).
Target-driven and result-oriented.
Good leadership and mentoring ability.
Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
Able to work under pressure and travel as required.
