Follow up the shipment status (ETA) and update to customers on time.
Prepare monthly import report.
Filling system
Giving new idea & find out new techniques to ensure a smooth handling for team Comply with Company policy
Other tasks assigned by superior

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree of related field.
Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
Outgoing, Independent and Challenging.
Good Interpersonal and analytical skill.
English: Able to communicate (both writing and speaking)
Working experience in customer services 1-2 year
Both Male and Female
