Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute national and regional sales strategies.
  • Set and monitor weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
  • Align sales plans with overall business objectives.

Distribution & Channel Management

  • Oversee distribution networks across general trade, modern trade, and e-commerce.
  • Optimize route-to-market strategies and ensure product availability.
  • Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.

Team Management & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams across territories.
  • Conduct training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Set performance KPIs and review team achievements regularly.

Sales Operations & Analytics

  • Monitor sales performance using dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Report on sales performance, opportunities, and risks to senior leadership.

Product Launches & Promotions

  • Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure execution of merchandising and point-of-sale activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams for seamless rollout.


Jobs Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales and distribution management.
  • Deep expertise in strategic Leadership & market Expansion
  • Channel & Territory Management
  • Managed modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce channels with tailored strategies for each.
  • Developed grocer channel strategy to tap into underutilized high-potential outlets
