Jobs Description

Client Relationship Management

  • Secure new clients and expand existing accounts, exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proactively identify and prospect for high-value agencies/ key accounts, implementing proven strategies to win new business.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations.
  • Serve as the primary of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication and building strong relationships to understand their needs.
  • Facilitating & attending meetings with clients to acquire & confirm requirements to further plan executions
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager

Sales/Proposal Development

  • Identify potential customers within your assigned segment and develop effective strategies to penetrate the market and achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with both new and existing customers. Foster customer loyalty by providing exceptional service and solutions.
  • Support account growth by identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with team member.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to develop a comprehensive and integrated proposal.
  • Take the lead on the proposal development process to ensure timely delivery.
  • Present the proposal to the client, or coordinate with the relevant team to ensure a smooth presentation.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work with creative, media, production, tech and digital content team to help coordinate project planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Work collaboratively with team members, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Monitoring sales performance against targets and report on metrics to management, providing insights for improvement
  • Monitoring campaigns and ensures contract compliance while always looking out for improvement points
  • Help prepare project reports, analytics, and recommendation for the clients, sharing insights that support strategic decision making.

Customer Feedback

  • Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform related internal team and management and improve service delivery

Market Research

  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify potential growth areas

Training and Development

  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

Jobs Requirement

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Communication or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in advertising industry or relevant roles
  • At least one previous experience in Account Service
  • Experience in communicating with clients directly to maintain good relationships
  • Excellent command in both written/spoken English
