Jobs Description

Plan, review, and execute Network Operation activities, including monitoring and maintenance of network systems, equipment, and services.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with relevant parties, such as technical supports, engineers, and partners, to identify and resolve network or customer-related issues in a timely manner.
Escalate critical incidents and emergencies appropriately, making informed decisions to minimize downtime and ensure the availability and reliability of our services.
Provide regular reports on network and customer status to relevant parties, following standard guidelines and formats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network upgrades, expansions, and new service deployments.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance network performance and customer experience.
Contribute to the development and improvement of operational processes and procedures.
Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for network emergencies.

Jobs Requirement

Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication, or equivalent qualifications.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an ISP environment.
Strong knowledge of networking technologies, particularly IP and MPLS.
Proficiency in IP routing, MPLS-related technologies, as well as layer 1 and 2 networking technologies such as TDM and Ethernet.
Holding certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent is preferred.
Familiarity with telecom and IT concepts, including service provisioning, protocols, and network architecture.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
Strong reporting skills, with the ability to generate accurate and detailed reports on network performance and incidents.
Effective communication, social, and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions in emergency situations.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
