- Responsible in fulfilling customers’ requirements within timeline given. - Responsible in building strong business relationship with customers - Responsible to liaise with other internal department such as sales, design, Fin and others to ensure excellent customer servicing. - Responsible in train and consult customers’ on products with upsell opportunity - Assist and follow up urgent cases & resolve all customers’ issues within timeline. - Responsible to keep track of the files status & whereabouts. - Responsible to update master reports accurately and on timely basis for management reporting - Participate in ad-hoc assignments given by management

- Candidate to possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate - Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree - Recent graduates/Entry Level - Proficient in English (preferable) - Customer training, which typically requires minimal travel
