- Prepare and maintain accurate cost records for manufactured products, including BOM and routing data.

- Analyze production costs and variances and provide insights to improve cost efficiency.

- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure BOM and routing accuracy.

- Monitor inventory movements and reconcile cost of goods sold (COGS).

- Assist in monthly closing activities and cost roll-ups.

- Support budgeting and forecasting processes related to manufacturing costs.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

- Participate in cost audits and provide necessary documentation.

- Continuously improve costing processes and systems.

. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing costing, BOM, and routing.

. Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing operations.

. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

. Proficiency in Korean; English is an advantage.
