Jobs Description

  • Drive PMI Volume & NSR as per target setting
  • Lead sales team under own assigned territory efficiently and effectively
  • Drive sales productivity calls as per KPI setting (Route Plan/Call Completion/Strike Rate/SKU order’
  • Develop daily/weekly sales target ASM, top 10 customers and review with Sales Director on weekly basis
  • Control and monitor POSM placement, allocation plan by territory by ASM
  • Audit outlet open both system and spot check the area on weekly basis
  • Provide weekly stock monitoring report by SKU, ensure stock quality and storage condition of tobacco as per guideline provided
  • Work closely with TA Manager, to ensure route plan , coverage and outlet list provided to TA to activate.
  • Drive distribution expansion – TOFT, TONT and Mass Café channel
  • Manage Sub-Distributor performance, weekly and monthly review (Stock /AR / Claim/warehouse/P&L)
  • Execute promotions programs as per company guideline within own assigned territories.
  • Weekly evaluate promotion status by channel & provided recommendation to regional Sales Director.
  • Daily OJT with ASM and / or Sales Rep to improve sales skills within own team members.
  • Enforce AR collection discipline with SD to ensure it is collected on time.
  • Ensure SD, all wholesales deliver products to customer within 24 hours after order placement from sales representative.
  • Work collaboratively with IT/Customer Care/Finance/Warehousing team to seek their support as business requirement.
  • Provide coaching, counseling and handling employees discipline when needed
  • Host daily/weekly meeting with team members and distributor
  • Performance KPIs setting, monitoring achievement, mid year review with team members and end year-end performance appraisal
  • Communicate Company’s related policies and procedures to team members to ensure compliance in place.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by Sales Director


Jobs Requirement

  • Degree in Business Administration/ Studies, Commerce or Management.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in all aspects of sales management, including distribution channel management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the industry, competitor movements, and customers’ value chain.
  • Excellent communicator who can handle difficult business situations well, and represent the sales organization both inside and outside the organization in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong leadership qualities, tact, patience and a good listener.
  • Excellent participatory management skills; effective team-builder with high accountability for his/her actions.
  • Good command of English, written and spoken; and computer literate.
  • An outgoing and friendly personality.
