Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

1. Prepare Documents for CO Submission

·        Authorized Letter

·        Invoice and Packing List

·        Bill Apply and Custom Declaration

·        Draft CO to Submit to CO System

2.   Ability to use CO online system in MOC

3.   Working Closely with Operation Team on Draft CO before confirmation to Customer.

4.   Working Closely with Phytosanitary Department to Support each other.

5.   Daily Travelling to Ministry of Commerce to get Original Documents for Operation Team. 

6.   Submit Weekly Expense of CO expense to Account Team

7.   Weekly Report to Operation Manager on Original CO Submission deadline for all Customers. 

8.   Weekly Report to GM and MD on any Competitive Update in the market.

9.   Support other Operation Team members on any tasks being assigned such as go to Bank for THC payment, withdrawing Seaway Bill, Courier documents…etc.

10. Other tasks assigned by management.

-   Bachelor Degree in any related field.

-  1 year experience working in any related field.

-  English Language is more preferable.

-  Computer Knowledge in Microsoft words, Excel.

-  Ability to work outdoor and travelling.

-  Ability to work under Pressure.
