●      Build and maintain strong relationships with pediatricians, general practitioners, midwives, and pharmacists to promote product usage and endorsements.

●      Conduct medical detailing and scientific presentations to healthcare professionals about the benefits and ingredients of our infant formula.

●      Educate healthcare professionals on nutritional guidelines and product positioning.

●      Visit retail and pharmacy outlets to ensure product visibility, availability, and proper display.

●      Execute field sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

●      Organize and attend promotional events, seminars, and health forums.

●      Monitor competitors’ activities and provide market intelligence.

●      Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.

●      Submit daily and weekly reports on visits, feedback, and performance.

●      Ensure compliance with ethical marketing standards and company policies

●      Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Biology, Nursing, Marketing, or a related field.

●      At least 2 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in infant nutrition, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG health-related products.

●      Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with healthcare professionals.

●      Basic understanding of infant nutrition and growth development stages.

●      Good presentation and persuasion skills.

●      Able to travel frequently within assigned territory.

●      Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.

●      Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

●      English is a plus.

●      Valid driver’s license or motorbike license (if required for travel).
