• Lead and develop members of your team utilizing the tools and processes developed by HR.

• Ensure the smooth flow of sale order, supply of goods to provinces.

• Generate sales revenue for the assigned products in a defined territory of provinces.

• Open and expand distribution points, especial for districts of provinces.

• Ensure all of your provincial staff can achieve sales and distribution targets set by company.

• Travel to provinces base on monthly schedule set by company, work close with sales representative base at province to push sales and distribution province territory.

• Ensure staff’s perform their tasks as per job description with particular reference to.

• Track of daily, weekly sales under provinces.

• Identify and resolve employee/team problems and conflicts.

• Collect market information regarding customer feedback and competitor activities

• Build good relationship with key customers in provinces.

• Provide weekly report on own & competitors’ activities to Sale manager.

• Assist provincial manager and work closely with provincial sales team in developing key strategy to grow the business in provinces.

• Ensure that the leadership and development of the people in your team are given sufficient time and focus.

• Ensure customer satisfaction. Work with the sales team to know the customers current and future expectations (Customer Talk) and work with all departments to resolve customer concerns/issues.

• Actively advise any concerns related to the profitability of the Sales Department.

• Hold a valid Driving License.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

• Bachelor's degree level in Business Management or related fields.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or a related field.

• Record in successfully running a Sales Dept. or related field.

• Able to use basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet and Email)

• Good management and organizational skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good time management and able to work according to deadline.
