Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Manage and mentor the sales team to optimize performance and drive B2B and B2C sales.

• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and retail customers.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.

• Track sales performance and prepare reports for management.

Operations & Logistics

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and delivery.

• Coordinate stock replenishment with the finance and stock team, ensuring inventory aligns with demand.

• Ensure efficient logistics management for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

• Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency.

• Supervise and train the team on product knowledge and customer service.

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational regulations.

Marketing & Brand Strategy

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.

• Manage social media, digital marketing, and offline marketing initiatives.

• Work closely with the Jotun Paints brand to align studio branding and promotional strategies.

• Manage inventory and day-to-day operations of the studio

• Organize events, product launches, and collaborations with industry partners.

• Develop partnerships with interior designers, architects, and contractors for brand positioning.

• Monitor customer feedback and market trends to enhance branding efforts

Jobs Requirement

Key Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, operations, or marketing within the construction, paint, or building materials industry.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

• Strong understanding of sales strategies, operational workflows, and brand management.

• Proven experience in team leadership and performance management.

• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and drive business growth.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity the construction industry is a plus

• Khmer and English Proficiency a must

• Good to have Chinese language.
