We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Admissions Officer to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional admissions responsibilities, encompassing marketing, ground promotion, and event planning/execution to ensure the success of our admissions and promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions Operations

• Respond to inquiries from prospective families via email, phone, and in person, providing detailed and personalized information about the school’s programs, culture, and admissions process.

• Manage the application process from initial inquiry to enrollment, including organizing interviews, coordinating assessments, and maintaining accurate records in the admissions database.

• Conduct school tours for prospective families, delivering a compelling presentation of the school’s facilities, values, and vision.

Marketing & Ground Promotion

• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to design and execute campaigns aimed at raising awareness about the school among target audiences.

• Represent the school at external promotional events, such as education fairs and community gatherings.

• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, social media posts, and newsletters, ensuring they align with the school’s branding.

Event Planning & Execution

• Support the planning and execution of key promotional events, such as Open Days, Information Sessions, and Parent Meet-and-Greets.

• Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, guest lists, and on-the-day management to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to promote events and drive attendance. Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with the Marketing Team to align efforts and share insights to enhance recruitment strategies.

• Provide regular updates on admissions activity, feedback from prospective families, and event outcomes.

• Contribute to the development of strategic plans for both admissions and marketing.

Jobs Requirement

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.

· At least 2 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or event management (experience in a school setting is an advantage).

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and convey the school’s vision effectively.

· Proactive and resourceful with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary and benefits package.

• Opportunities for professional development and growth within a prestigious international school setting.

• A supportive and inspiring work environment as part of a founding-stage school team.
