▪To detect and create customer needs and prepare commercial proposals accordingly.

▪To prospect any new and existing customers in order to cover the most market coverage.

▪To update accurately and report weekly the project pipeline to the Division manager.

▪To update and report weekly the project pipeline accurately to the Division manager.

▪To prepare a marketing plan, if required by the division manager.

▪To prepare the contract documents.

▪To follow up the weekly project status & weekly ahead planning for customer visit.

▪Capable to deal with new customer, Strong communication, and good presentation skill is required.

▪Ability to build and contribute effectively relationships with a diverse and multi-cultural workforce in a variety of locations, working cooperatively with others.

▪Ability to build and contribute to a team as well as work independently within a given framework.

▪To assist the payment collection if required by the division manager.

▪To perform others relevant takes as required by Sale Manager or Division manager.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

ESSENTIAL:

1.Proven experience in Sales is preferable

2.Experience in Sales Elevator or heavy machinery is an advantage

3.Good command both verbal and written in English

4.Strong Interpersonal Skill

5.Able to travel in country
