Responsibilities

1. Targeted Engagement: Focus on the premium market segment within the Cambodian Chinese Association community.

2. Relationship Development: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key members, influencers, and local businesses within the community.

3. Market Integration: Coordinate with the local Sales Manager to align efforts in penetrating the Chinese premium market.

4. Community Initiatives: Organize and participate in networking events, trade shows, and community outreach to promote premium offerings.

5. Feedback & Adaptation: Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to continuously refine commercial strategies.

6. Revenue Growth: Drive business development initiatives that result in increased revenue and market share within the targeted segment.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Experience:

Sales Manager (Chinese Speaking): 3-5 years in sales with a focus on the Chinese market, preferably within hospitality, travel, or related sectors.

Commercial Managers: Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or sales roles, with a proven track record in premium market segments.

Language Skills

Sales Manager: Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese Speaking) and English.

Commercial Managers: Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage—particularly for the role focusing on the Cambodian Chinese Association.
