Jobs Description

- Market Expansion: Target and penetrate new markets, especially in China and other regions where Chinese is the primary business language.

- Client Relations: Develop and nurture client relationships through effective communication in Chinese, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

- Sales Strategy: Craft and implement sales strategies aimed at increasing rice export volumes, focusing on markets where Chinese is spoken.

- Negotiation: Conduct sales negotiations in Chinese, securing profitable deals while ensuring client needs are met.

- Market Research: Keep abreast of market dynamics, consumer preferences, and regulatory environments in Chinese-speaking countries.

- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to streamline the export process, from order to delivery, with clear communication in Chinese where applicable.

- Reporting: Provide detailed reports on sales performance, market insights, and potential areas for expansion in Chinese-speaking markets.

Jobs Requirement


Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Agriculture, or a related field.

- Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, with a preference for experience in the rice or agricultural export sector.

- Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory. Proficiency in English is also required; additional languages are beneficial.

- Technical Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office

- Travel: Must be willing to travel to Chinese-speaking countries for business development and client meetings.
