Jobs Description

1-Operations Responsibilities:

• Establish policies and strategies for general operations for short-term and long-term goals.

• Oversee the responsibilities of team and monitor sales across the entire department.

• Enhance the quality of the cleaning team through development and training, and organize the sale of cleaning technique courses.

• Lead and oversee and pest control team, general cleaning team, and technicians.

• Take care of existing customers to build long-term relationships, increase business success, and improve services through good relationships, special services, and regular feedback.

• Study competitors to understand their strategies and protect market position.

• Thoroughly review quotations, renewals, and carefully prepare service contracts.

• Manage and support operation team at Heineken (Cambodia).

• Manager daily operation supply janitor to ABA bank.

• Assist in recruitment, train new staff, and resolve issues at specific sites.

• Clarify and reconcile invoices and payments efficiently.

• Conduct reports and assist pest treatments.

• Resolve client issues promptly and effectively.

• Conduct site inspections at specific sites.

• Order necessary supplies and monitor materials, vehicles, and assets.

• Manage and follow up daily, weekly, and monthly with teams.

• Instruct on proper chemical use and cleaning technique.

• Perform other assigned tasks.

2-Sales & Marketing Responsibilities:

• Search for new clients online and offline.

• Create and maintain sales leads.

• Identify and fulfill clients' needs.

• Present quotes and secure deals.

• Follow up on agreements and renewals.

• Monitor market trends and competitors.

• Handle customer feedback and complaints.

• Build and maintain customer relationships.

• Manage budgets and financial goals.

• Perform other assigned tasks.

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Management or an equivalent qualification

• Prefer those with experience in General Cleaning and Pest Control

• At least 3 years of experience in operations and team leadership and sale & marketing is a plus

• Proficient in English and computer skills

• Patience, honesty, and good communication skills

• Humble attitude, team-oriented, and open to feedback from managers

• Willing to travel within Phnom Penh and to provinces
