1. Sales Generation & Client Acquisition:

- Execute strategies for lead generation, cold calling, and networking.

- Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.

- Conduct follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into sales.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

- Maintain strong connections with new and existing clients to develop trust and long-term partnerships.

- Address customer questions and concerns quickly, providing solutions to keep them happy.

- Stay in touch with clients regularly through calls, emails, and meetings.

3. Sales Target Achievement:

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.

- Monitor and report on individual sales performance and progress towards goals.

- Learn about customer buying habits to adjust your sales approach and seize opportunities.

4. Product Knowledge & Market Analysis:

- Keep up with new products, services, and industry trends to give expert advice to clients.

- Well understand the company’s offerings and how they benefit customers.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and gather competitive intelligence.

5. Sales Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and customer information in CRM systems.

- Complete necessary paperwork related to sales contracts, orders, and delivery.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Sales and marketing, advertising, business, or a related.

2. Experience 1-2 years up in Sales Automatize Industry

3. Have a car driving license

4. Good communication in both Khmer and English (Chines is Advantage )
