Typical responsibilities and handling below tasks:

- Communications with customers and offshore service center to ensure customers’ inquiries and requests are solved smoothly.

- Export booking, check availability of equipment and vessel space, documentation and its amendment to ensure its accuracy and timeliness.

- Vessel departure report to head office and related parties timely.

- Liaise with sales for booking forecast & its total weight both COC and SOC to Trade for approval.

- Check and verify KOS collection for invoicing to correct parties.

- Booking submission to feeder operators.

- Other tasks to be assigned by supervisor or management.

- Complete university degree in business related field.

- Fresh graduate or having 1 years of experience in shipping or freight forwarding industry.

- English proficiency both in writing and speaking. Chinese is an added advantage.

- Good knowledge in computer skills. Other IT skills are of added advantage.

- Hard/smart working individual and customer oriented.

- Ready to work under pressure to meet deadline.

- Able to work independently and/or as a team.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 – 17:00 (Lunch break: 12:00 – 13:00)
