- Lead and manage Retail Sale Team (Direct Sale & Online Sale)

- Control daily product packaging and delivery for retail order

- Training retail sale team and do the performance evaluation

- Lead the meeting to review sale performance and achievement

- Handle with Sale Team problem resolving and supporting

- Build team spirit to commitment and achievement

- Corporate with related department to smooth the work process

- Preparing Sale staff JDs/KPIs

- Motivate Sale Team to achieve monthly sale target

- Lead sale staffs to work overtime upon request

- Control daily cash/bank TSF settlement

- Preparing sale reports (Weekly/Monthly)

- Perform other task assigned by Line Manager

- Female Age from 25-40 years old

- At least 3 Years-work experience in applied position

- Good team organizing and leading

- Good team motivation and encouragement

- Good problem resolving skill

- Experience in Sale Staff Training

- Be honest and high responsibility

- Be able to work overtime (Late Night)
