-Ensure all accounting/financial reporting deadline are met

-Ensure all accounting transaction records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedure

-Prepare and check stocks/supplies/storage

-Prepare and check fixed asset

-Prepare and ensure invoice are correct and consistent

-Assist in preparation of sale report and cash collection report

-Prepare cash and bank book report

-Prepare a payment to suppliers

-Prepare a necessary document related to income/expense

-Prepare an expense and income entries

-Assist the preparation of monthly tax declaration

-Assist all necessary tasks assigned by manager

-At least 3-5 years experiences in field of taxation or accounting

-Bachelor degree in accounting or finance

-Certain knowledge of general principle of accounting and tax law

-Proficiency in accounting software

-Advanced Excel skills

-Effective communication

-Critical thinking skill

-Time management

-Good at English language, Chinese language is plus
