Jobs Description

  • Lead the creation and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Manage the sales team to achieve both individual and collective sales goals.
  • Identify and pursue new clients, establishing relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and prompt resolution of any concerns or needs.
  • Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, tenders, and bid submissions. Ensure accurate forecasting and effective planning to achieve sales objectives.
  • Manage the sales budget, analyse financial performance, and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Review sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Train, and develop the sales team. Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership, coaching, and performance management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and seize new opportunities.
  • Provide timely and comprehensive reports to the executive team regarding sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales activities with overall business operations.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.



Jobs Requirement

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in a senior sales role, with a proven track record of managing and growing sales teams within a large organization.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent knowledge of sales strategies, processes, and market dynamics.
  • Proficient in developing and executing sales plans, including conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
