Jobs Description

1. Client Relationship Management:

o Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts.

o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting account relationships.

o Understand and anticipate account needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

2. Strategic Account Planning:

o Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth targets for each key account.

o Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within existing key accounts.

o Work closely with accounts to understand their goals, challenges, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

o Recover lost account in NSSF to ensure having the way to list product in the key account.

3. Revenue Growth and Retention:

o Drive revenue growth and retention within assigned accounts by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.

o Collaborate with the sales team to meet account sales targets and forecast account performance.

4. Internal Coordination:

o Price proposal and find new opportunity to ensure win the competitor

o Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product team, operations) to deliver solutions that meet account needs.

o Provide regular updates to internal teams regarding account feedback, potential opportunities, and key performance indicators.

o Act as an advocate for the account within the organization, ensuring alignment with account objectives.

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

o Track and report on the performance of each key account, including revenue, profitability, and other key metrics.

o Prepare and present regular performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.

o Ensure client issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner, escalating when necessary.

6. Market and Industry Analysis:

o Keep informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities that may impact key accounts.

o Utilize market insights to develop and enhance account strategies.

Jobs Requirement

o Prior 7-10 years working experience with key ethical accounts is prioritized.

o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player

o Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and implement account strategies aligned with business goals.

o Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

o Project Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously

o Highly organized and detail oriented.

o Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

o Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.

o Computer literacy: MS Excel, Pivot table, PowerPoint

o Language: Good in English
