Jobs Description

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Oversee general office administration, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Handle suppliers and customer inquiries and complaints.
Maintain office systems and procedures.
Provide administrative support to management as needed.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and administration, preferably in the manufacturing or agricultural industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (QB) and Microsoft suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
