100% achievement of target as per target commitment
Sales activities plan & promotion executed as per commitment
Local promotion planned, executed as per approved by Commercial Director
Daily sales call/order follow up and check delivery status
Conduct daily visit customer to ensure continuous excellent service delivery/relationship/execution is provided.
Maintain existing and develop Modern Trade/Horeca channel through the implementation of product availability, display, and promotion.
Develop trade and consumer promo, criteria, control mechanism and claim process for targeting Wedding & special function organizer, cater, dealer, wholesales, and banquet supplier
In Charge of national wedding & special function program, manage customer database
Build strong relationship with to 20 Wedding & Special Function Supplier /Wholesales partner with trust and sense of being a real business partner
Monthly business review with key customers to ensure business performance grow.
Manage AR of credit customer with zero bad bet.
