Jobs Description

Perform daily outlet visits in allocated areas.
Conduct and execute sales and marketing activities to meet company objective.
Ensuring product representation is visible and well stocked in outlets at all times.
Work closely with distributor team to achieve sales target set.
Collect market intelligence on the needs of customers.
Keep supervisor informed of sales activities and channel performance by submitting timely and accurate activity reports.
Develop solid and long-term influential relationships with distributors and all outlets in assigned territory.
Perform related duties as assigned from time to time as required by the company.

Jobs Requirement

Degree in Business Administration/ Studies, Commerce or Management
At least 1 - 2 years of outdoor sales experience preferably from an FMCG in an MNC type of organization.
Excellent communicator and good interpersonal skill, able to handle difficult business situations and able to persuade and negotiate well.
Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
Ability to demonstrate energy, sense of urgency, focus and follow through that deliver high quality results.
Required to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public. Honest and with integrity.
Good command of English, written and spoken; arithmetic skill required and computer literate.
Require the possession of a valid state driving license and be able to drive a vehicle with willingness to work a flexible schedule with night market visits.
