• To HUNT for business to achieve department's budget and target.

• To improve business development and maintain relations with local and

overseas agents.

• To liaise with local sales/customers to grow the business and handle their

shipment (i.e., providing booking confirmations, conflict resolutions, billing

instructions etc).

• To attend enquiries from overseas agents and customers.

• To provide timely quotations to agents and customers and follow up with the

shipment activations.

• To provide and oversee sales leads to overseas agents and keep track of the

progresses and outcomes.

• Collate customer's business trends, progress and statistics.

• To handle projects/shipments and support current teams.

• Arrange and attend overseas agents and customers' sales calls/meetings/visits.

• Handle RFQ / RFP / tender bid.

• To handle any ad-hoc projects/ assignments from time to time.

• Provide constructive opinions and suggestions for work improvement.

• Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain industry.

• Preferably with sales experience in Freight Forwarding (Air & Ocean).

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative consistently meeting

or exceeding targets

• Having existing small to large profile customers on hand is an advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and

effective at all levels of the organization.

• Possess strong hunter mentality, business sense and industry expertise

• Diploma and above in Business Management, or in a relevant discipline.

• Preferably with min. 2 year of working experience in logistics/ freight forwarding.

• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

• Target driven and proactive attitude.

• Good proficiency in MS Office skills.
