Summary: Generate sales leads to hit target, achieve excellent customer satisfaction,

build long-term relationship with customers, answer customer questions.

  1. Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
  2. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  3. Interact with new/existing customers on behalf of organizations by providing information about products and services, take orders, respond to customer complaints, and answer customer questions.
  4. Build rapport and long-term relationships with customers while providing excellent customer service standards.
  5. Ensure customers' orders that are received through incoming telephone calls, websites, social media, or other channels are processed on time.
  6. Actively search for customers through any social media platforms, including cold calls.
  7. Sales target: daily, weekly, and monthly targets need to be achieved.
  8. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  9. Provide support for any ad-hoc projects or tasks related to customer service.
