Jobs Description

As a Sales Officer, you will play a key roles in driving sales growth for TCO Cambodia. Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for Bosba products.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential retail partners, distributors, and community organizations to expand the distribution network for Bosba products.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior, and use this information to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
Organize and participate in sales promotion activities, such as product demonstrations, community events, and awareness campaigns, to generate interest and drive sales.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory management to ensure efficient operations and support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, such as brochures, product catalogs, and promotional content, to support sales initiatives.
Provide regular sales performance reports and make recommendations for improving sales strategies and tactics.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations related to sales and customer service.

Jobs Requirement

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Fluency in Khmer and English is a plus.
