- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable

- Collect information from relevant department and issue invoice to clients

- Check daily transactions and report to the management for approval

- Monitor expenditure, revenue, and budgets

- Keep account books and systems up to date

- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending

- Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations

- Submit financial report and statement of view to the management

- Respond to accounting inquiries from the management in a timely fashion

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal

controls

- Provide guidance to team members and other departments when needed

- Review and recommend improvements to the existing accounting procedures

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalence) in accounting or related fields

- 2 years’ experience in accounting field

- Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Computer knowledge

- Familiar with any computerized accounting system

- Experienced in local accounting practice and taxation

- Good command of English and Khmer communication
