Received payment from customers
Issue Invoice
Keeping record daily cash collection
To enter cash transfer/cash receipts in Accounting System.
Check and collect all source of documents related to tax purpose
Prepare report and control accounting system
Coordinate with facility management team
Manage office supplies and stationery.
Control and record of office inventory and assets
Purchasing officer
Ensure that the showroom is always maintained clean and safe.
Control Petty cash and cash collection
Support vehicles delivery for sales team
Assist in administration tasks and manage all documents.
Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Jobs Requirement

Preferred Male
Bachelor degree of Accounting, Administrative or Business Management
At least 2 years experience in admin or Accountant
Good English communication and interpersonal skill
Knowledge of computer, Ms. Word, Excel, and Power Point
Be honest, hardworking, fast learning and flexible.
Strong organization and administrative skill
