• Welcoming guest and tenants to the building, monitor and manage flow of visitors.

• Deals with the general public, owner/residents, & employees with tact and Courtesy

• Maintains a calm and pleasant personality in all types of situations and creates great customer service out comes

• Announce all visitors, contractors, etc. to Residence owners before allowing them to go up and permit

access to only authorized visitors.

• Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Engineer, housekeeping) as necessary to resolve all,

request, or challenge.

• Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases to update records, files, and answer inquiries from Residents, Guests and Management.

• Reports to Front Desk Supervisor and Operations Manager on all operation matters concerning the Front

Desk department.

• Maintains continuous work team relationships by documenting a communicating action, irregularities, and continuing needs to managing responsible staff.

• Monitor desk supply.

• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

• Duties as assigned by supervisor and management.

• Proven experience as a front desk receptionist and or in administrative duties

• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)

• Good communication in English, Khmer

• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

• Good communication and people skills

• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

• Problem-solving skills

• Customer service orientation

• High School diploma; additional qualifications is a plus
