1. Develops a business plan and sales strategy to meet up company target

2. Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Team.

3. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by the team for an effective search of sales leads and prospects.

4. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

5. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed, communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Team's sales and activity performance.

6. Prepare Weekly & Monthly Sales Report

7. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

8. Ensures that all Sales Team meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes organizational and selling skills, and work habits.

9. Maintains contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

10. Ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.

11. Other Assignments from Manager

- Bachelor degree Business Administration /Sale & Marketing or other related fields.

- Fresh ( Training)

- Experience 1-2 year in sale/market with related field (Advantages)

- Good in English: listening, speaking, reading, and writing (Chinese is plus).

- Computer literacy – MS office, internet, and e-mail.

- Be able work independently with less supervision, high commitment, and result-oriented;

- Have knowledge of principles in writing up reporting, policies, procedures, and guidelines.

- Be able to handle multiple tasks and complexities as per number of different projects might be

implemented at the same time.

- Be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

- Have a good background, behavior, and attitude.
