• Generate SO invoice in the system;

• Check cash receipt at the bank and write receipt and post into the system;

• Collection payment from sales person with weekly cash report;

• Monitor and reconcile AR and weekly cash plan;

• Follow up calls to sales and customers with weekly AR report;

• Daily cash counting and reconcile with COH report;

• Verify discrepancies by and resolve customers’ billing issues;

• Bank deposit;

* Other Responsibilities:

• Update and send out the AR report to sales team by weekly;

• Update payment schedule follow cash plan;

• Update monthly payment report;

• Stock count with Logistics once a month;

• Prepare some admin letter to customers in both English and Khmer;

• Submission letter to related ministries;

• Assist Finance team responding to audit inquires.

• University graduation in Accounting, Finance or relevant

• 2-3 years of Account Receivable experience

• Hands-on experience with accounting system (Microsoft

D365) is preferable

• Mandatory: English and local language

• Advanced MS office
