• Implement the daily sales by conducting the telephone sale or visit door to door to make appointment and visit clients.

• Assist Sales Consultant to conduct present about company product and services.

• Identifies the customer needs as well as listen, consult, and provide the right information and best solution to make the close deal.

• Deliver quotation and Agreement.

• Control sales pipeline and make it healthy to answer to the Target.

• Prepare sales report and submit in the CRM System.

• Conduct research and analysis about the market, competitors, and customers.

• Maintain existing customers and build strong relationship with the new customer.

• Submit invoice to clients.

• Follow-up invoice overdue with clients.

• Good command of writing and speaking in English and Khmer.

• Bachelor’s Degree needed in the field of Sale and Marketing, Business Management, or other related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in sales of construction or similar industries.

• Active, self-motivated, strong commitment and dedication in sale.

• Good Relationship, communication, accountability and time management, and problem solving.

• Ability to work with the high-class people and lead them to the close deal.

• Be able to work under stress or pressure.

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and Email).

• Candidates age range: under 30 years old.
