Jobs Description

- Welcome all guests

- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth

- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives

- Researching prospective accounts in target markets

- Work and plan to reach Monthly, Quarter and yearly Sale target

- Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product/ service

- Setting up meetings with the prospective clients

- Planning and preparing presentations (PowerPoint)

- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.

- Presenting product/ service demonstrations to the client

- Setting goals for the Sale Department Team and developing strategies to meet those goals

- Establishing new business links

- Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups for business development

- Sales reporting and reviewing performance

- Produce weekly and monthly reports for management team, Group and Independent.

- Negotiating contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client and organization both

- Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and alien needs

- Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels

- Collaborate within teams to achieve better results

- Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams

-Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.

- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

- Coordinate Account Receivable with accountant and client

- Directs the preparation of quotations, invoices, PO, and all documentation needed.

- Keeps the management team informed by submitting activity and results reports, updates active project reports, and participates in weekly work planning meetings and other analyses and problem-solving meetings as needed.

- Recruitment and offering Training for new / existing employees of Sale Department.

- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

- Provides historical records by maintaining comprehensive files on projects and clients.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Assist in conceptualizing and organizing relevant customer events.

- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

-. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

- Following industry trends locally and internationally

-Any tasks assigned by management
