- Collect rental fee or other relevant AR

- Bookeeping AR/AP into Quick Book and Accounting System

• Complete the company monthly account processing accurately and in a timely manner, complete the company transactions on time and be

responsible for the company taxation work

• Review of the payment application, preparation of the voucher, and preparation of the statement

• Approval of the execution (Department) of all contracts of the project, and approval of the project completion cost

• Prepare financial management analysis

• Other task assign by management

- Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting or Finance

- 2 +years accounting experience

- Highly detailed oriented and organized in work

- Ability to meet assigned deadlines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily

direction from manager to accomplish objectives

- Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance,

creativity, problem solving, and results.
