Daily Tasks

1. Support and answer customer questions via online chats, email, phone calls and then redirect the customer to the appropriate team or department.

2. Help customer with product or service issues, resolve their issue as much as possible and escalate customer

problems to the appropriate support teams.

3. Provide general customer support include, customer showroom tour visit, guest greeting accommodation.

4. Update customer records, using Zoho Crm system to update customer records after each interaction with customers. Create notes to customer records explaining what the interaction entailed and report on trends.

5. Assist Sales team by helping sales boosting sales and performance. This include setting up appointments, follow up with customers after their first interaction with a salesperson, sending out survey, collect and record.

6. Assist technical team by helping on sourcing on technical information, equipment, and guide them on knowhow on particular topic when necessary.

6. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

• Key Attributes:

o BA in Sales and Marketing or any relate field.

o At least 2 year working experience in Sales Support.

o Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships

o Be able to work under pressure.

o Communication skills in speaking/Writing English.

o Knowledge of computer literacy (Microsoft office word, Power point, Excel)

o Good interpersonal and Communication skills.

o Strong skill in organization

o Very patience, Flexible, Honest and Friendly
