This is a full-time role as Brand Supervisor at Vattanac Brewery in Phnom Penh. As a Brand Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing initiatives for our products. This includes conducting research to identify consumer needs, developing marketing plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns.

- Accountable for brand plans with an understanding of consumer insights and market trends to strengthen brands’ market presence.

- Key role in the brand development program. Management of marketing mix, which includes product design, pricing strategies, brand's promotional and advertising campaigns, etc.

- Manage advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to ensure consistency in branding while following brand guidelines and to build credibility, enhancing customer retention and acquisition.

- Create new POSM/Premium Artwork and Production Quality Check.

o 3-years of diverse experience in all aspects of marketing, business planning and analysis, and brand building. Related experience in developing and implementing market strategies.

o Ability to be a strong ‘brand champion’ and vocal advocate to both internal and external stakeholders.

o Experienced in managing marketing/ advertising agencies while being able to handle promotional and advertising efforts of the company.

o Clear understanding of the business to be able to focus on core issues and develop promotional strategies.

o Knowledge and understanding of the industry, competitor movements, and customers’ value chain and business practices to exploit all available business opportunities.

o Able to analyze the effectiveness of strategies employed in the current state of the market.

o Skill in examining and reengineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and impacts, and/ or projections.

o Strong project management experience, having worked on cross functional teams. Able to juggle multiple projects within tight deadlines, work well under pressure and excel in a fast pace working environment.
