- Implement sales strategy to develop the sales growth,Sales target achievement.

- Plan, implement, control, and evaluate sale promotion activity

- Manage and lead the sales teams, provide guidelines and problem resolution to ensure the team members are fully motivate and achieve the expected performance

- Be able to manage the sub-distributor

- Updating and evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.

- Preparing research and survey to develop and implement new marketing projects and promotions.

- Bachelor degree in marketing or related field

- 10 years sale/marketing experience with FMCG products

- Good in reading, writing, and speaking English

- Good computer skill ( Microsoft Office )

- Have driving license (prefer)

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill

- Dependable, Flexible, and Punctual

- Able to push sales team to achieve target

- Able to complete the task to meet the deadline

- Able to work under pressure

- Able to work individually or in team
