** JOB OVERVIEW

The occupant will be responsible for directly offering loans to individuals and businesses, to increase loan portfolio, achieve the business plan, mitigate PAR/NPL, ensure team integrity, and Lead business prospect promotions.


JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


- Increase loan portfolio to align with the bank’s directions and strategies.

- Maximize business pipeline through aggressive sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers.

- Achieve the business budget plan.

- Ensure the integrity of the business team.

- Daily monitor the performances of RM, SRO, and RO, loan overdue, and NPL.

- Closely check, review, and provide the appropriate training of sales prospects, bank directions, credit management, pipeline management, loan assessment, and credit proposal to low performers.

- Take effective action plans to minimize loan overdue by pushing RM, SROs, and ROs to closely follow up on customer repayment.

- Report to the management line pertaining to the credit appraisal approval or rejection, loan monitoring, checklist matters, NPL loan ratio, and loan default in principal and interest.

- Be responsible for all the steps necessary to process credit appraisal of every loan application, inspecting customers’ business regularly at the site, reviewing postconditions, and following up on collateral issues according to the rules and regulations of the Bank.

- Build and strengthen relationships with existing priority customers to maximize the loan portfolio and achieve the business target.

- Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Keep proper records and escalate to line management for customer complaints.

- Resolve all issues and queries of the customers related to the credit product, credit scheme, credit procedures, and formalities.

- Serve as the one-point contact person to the high net worth and existing customers.

- Provide support to the customer as much as possible to procure loans and help them with paperwork.

- Regularly monitor and check on customers’ concerns regarding the use of the loan, business situation, loan contract terms, the repayment of the loan, and the completeness of documentation in a timely manner.

- All bank assets and liabilities related to loans, guarantees, confirmation, and other loan products need to be properly documented, recorded, and accounted for.

- Offer training or experience sharing on sales prospects, bank strategies and directions, credit management, pipeline management, loan delinquency, loan assessment, and credit proposal to all staff under supervision.

- Share the new memo, internal circular, credit policies, and other information of the bank with all staff under supervision.

- Execute other related duties as assigned by line managers.



Jobs Requirement


** Skills & Abilities

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, and Finance.

- At least 5 years experience in banks or MFIs;

- Understand about vision, mission, core values, regulations, and other principles of SME Bank of Cambodia;

- Be a good team player with a sense of responsibility and adaptability;

- Working knowledge of administrative functions in an operational environment e.g. budgets, personnel administration;

- Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating a team;

- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills;

- Ability to use initiative, prioritize, multi-task, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines;

- Ability to delegate effectively amongst teams and show commitment to the long-term development of the management team through coaching and mentoring;

- Broad understanding of how bank operates and customer service manager workflow

Others

- Be a Cambodia citizen with a strong background in Banking and Financial Management;
